The Membership & Marketing Operations Coordinator supports membership administration while assisting with marketing-related activities that promote member engagement, retention, and organizational visibility. This role blends member service, fulfillment, logistics, and foundational marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Administration
Process member renewals and maintain accurate membership records
Fulfill online store orders and manage branded supply inventory and reorders
Serve as a point of contact for membership-related inquiries
Office, Systems & Logistics Support
Coordinate recycling and manage office equipment (printers, copiers, postage systems)
Maintain and update staff directories
Manage Zoom administrative settings for directories and schedules
Coordinate packing, inventory, and shipping for trade shows and events
Marketing Support
Update membership-related website content
Assist with Mailchimp email communications related to membership
Maintain and update membership mailing and contact lists
Support electronic surveys and data collection efforts
Inventory, organize, and track trade show and promotional materials
