Position Summary
The Education & Accreditation Programs Coordinator supports education programs, the Marine Trades Accreditation Program (MTAP), and organization-wide marketing efforts. This role is responsible for certification and accreditation fulfillment, database accuracy, content updates, and marketing communications execution.
Key Responsibilities
Education Operations
Compile, package, and mail certification materials
Send certification expiration notices and manage related communications
Track, inventory, and reorder certification materials
Answer and route calls on the education phone line
Maintain and update education-related database records
Marine Trades Accreditation Program (MTAP)
Maintain and update the MTAP database and sales funnel
Print, bind, and ship MTAP accreditation packages
Manage inventory, fulfillment, and shipping of MTAP materials
Update and maintain MTAP-related content on the website
Marketing & Communications Support
Assist in updating and maintain educational and MTAP website content
Manage electronic surveys and compile results
Support Mailchimp email marketing campaigns for MTAP and Education
Coordinate department edits of marketing materials
Assist with scheduling and posting digital content
Required Skills & Attributes
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic website and content management skills
Basic database management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
