Our service technician is a position that prepares and ensures all retail service boats are worked on to completion and beyond. In particular, we are seeking someone with knowledge about V-drive boats and the ability to work on V-drive towboats. Our company is a PCM dealer but can train anyone with any other manufacturer experience. We are also willing to train those with experience in other engine types.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete all service/repairs from work orders and return completed orders to service
• Update service manager on additional charges and time requirements as it is identified
• Recommend additional repairs and maintenance to the service writer
• Properly tag all warranty parts
• Perform all work in a timely manner
• Keep all tools and equipment neat and organized
• Assist other teams and team members as required

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance
• Ability to follow all company policies and procedures
• Be able to work independently, self-motivated, and process driven
• Have a valid state driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen
